Yes, and it is a good one. Don't dispare that it is a late 90's show. It is fresh and full of good fun music. Good reminder of this show.

Are there other Phil & Friends accoustic shows post 95? Howz abouts Ratdog?

actually i downloaded 9-24-94 as a grateful dead show off a defunct download site. i have a ratdog show that 2nd set openers are acoustic 3-4 songs. havent listened to it in awhile. i dont know bout phil either.
